First off mute the music playing in the background by scrolling down and muting it. For those of you who don't know who the band "OK GO" is, they have a music video of them doing all sorts of tricks on the treadmill. Lately, Bjorn is always asking us to "walk" on the treadmill, so he has learned how to turn it on and put it at the speed he wants, and then he does all sorts of tricks. So the other day we showed him the music video, so now he likes to have that on as he is doing his tricks. So that is the song you will hear in the background, and you can see Bjorn glance back and forth at the computer. He likes to see what tricks they are doing, and try to copy. It's pretty entertaining.
