We really wanted to take Bjorn to a baseball game this year, so we decided to wait till the 4th of July weekend so we could see the firework show too! Tiff and Chad came with us and later Ben and Kara met us there too. It was so fun. We had hot dogs and nachos. We just brought blankets and hung out on the grass. The kids had fun playing and eating. After the game they had everyone move down onto the field and lower bleachers to watch the fireworks. Bjorn loved the big firework show. Isaac slept right through it! I loved it. The whole weekend was really fun! I love holidays! !

I love the 4th of July - it's the best holiday. I would have killed myself if I had to go to a baseball game though. That's fun that they have the fireworks after - kill two birds with one stone. Nice.
Andrea I love how dramatic you are! We love going to the baseball games... just the whole atmosphere. I am not a big sports fan and I couldn't tell you one thing about the actual game, but we just have fun going:) But I will make sure I never make you go to a Baseball game with me:)
I love that having kids really means we get to be kids again and relive all those fun memories but with them. With two little boys I am sure you'll be doing a lot of baseball watching in the future. Happy 4th!!

We enjoyed a baseball game over the fourth too. I don't think there is a better way to celebrate our country's birthday.
