Today was Bjorn's first day of preschool. He has been talking about it for months now, so he was really excited to finally go. He was so cute walking into class like such a big boy. He didn't hesitate at all. I had given him a little pep talk, letting him know that I was just going to take him to class and then I would leave and come back, just like primary. So he understood that and had no problem. I'm so excited for him. He has been talking about Mrs. Peterson ever since we met her on Monday. She is a household name now. Tonight, I was tucking him into bed and he said "Mrs. Peterson going to bed too?" I love the little things he comes up with. He keeps us laughing.

Bjourn's gonna LOVE learning dynamics. My mother in-law is great friends with the founder of the school- the reading program from it is FABULOUS! My neice learned how to read- and I mean REALLY read- before she turned 4 and my twin nephews learned to read by 4 too- and get this- they were counting syllabols in words too! That's so fun that he's already in preschool! I wish I could send Noah- but he won't be 3 until mid-september and has 3 years before he'll start kindergarten- maybe we'll start him next year. Anyhow-good to see you guys are doing well. We'll have to do something sometime.
Awwww! It's so cute, yet sad to see them go to their first day of school!!! That's great that he loves it so much!
How's preschool going? Does he still love it, and how is it to have a few hours to yourself to work out? I can't imagine such a luxury! Sounds heavenly. Maybe someday when all my kids are in school - when I'm too fat for it to make a difference. Saylor starts tomorrow, and I'm so sad to see the summer over, but I'm hoping that the schedule of a new year will motivate me to be a better mom and get some things accomplished. We'll see. I'm glad even YOU don't like the winter near as much as you used to. I was always jealous that you loved it so much, and wondered how you did it. I'm glad I'm not the only one who dreads it - although I'm overly-ridiculous about it. Ty just mentioned, jokingly, something yesterday that made me think I need to clean up my act. He said, "You know, you'd probably be a lot happier if you waited until winter to be mad that it's winter, instead of being mad all year that winter is coming." Hmm...he may have a point there. I hate that he's always so right.
I cant believe he is in pre-school. He is so darling, they grow up way too fast.
